Description:

Pokemon Appearance: Slixst is a slender, evil looking Pokemon that started out as a machine built by Team Plasma, but was abandoned when an accident with Kyurem-B left a majority of an undisclosed lab frozen. One of the machines managed to survive and the perma-frost ice from Kyurem-B froze around the machine in a spiked, almost lizard-snake type fashion, with the metallic claws being covered by a sharp layer of dark blue ice like the rest of its body. Slixst also has jet packs in its feet, which creates jets of water when the fire flies out. It was built to be fast and to hit hard, but unfortunately the ice and the metal sometimes don't work well and this it creates a very fragile design.

Pokemon Description: I based this Pokemon's concept off the appearance I crafted for it, and I used Cobalion and Weavile's movepools as bases, removed some things, added some things, and then customized the movepool to fit Slixst's appearance. It is a very, VERY frail but incredibly powerful and fast offensive Pokemon that relies on sheer speed and power to get anything done. Its typing gives it good resistances but also gives it dreadful 4x weaknesses to Fire and Fighting types, meaning it has a 4x weakness to Mach Punch. However, Slixst has a very good movepool to explore should you wish to abuse everything it has to offer.

Set Description:

This thing is insanely powerful but one of the most frail Pokemon around. Iron Head is your main attack of choice, it gets STAB and due to Slixst's ever increasing speed it has a high chance to flinch. Ice Punch is your next STAB of choice, but if you feel like risking it you could run Icicle Crash for more power, although due to his high attack you most likely won't be needing it. The next slot is completely dependent on the coverage you would want. Flare Blitz can nail Steel types for super effective damage, but you could also run Crunch instead if the recoil is undesirable, and it still hits Steel types neutrally. The last slot is a toss-up dependent on the coverage you would want / functions. Swords Dance could be used for absolute MAXIMUM POWER. Protect could be used to stall for more Speed Boosts. Ice Shard and Aqua Jet are two forms of priority that you have access to, Ice Shard is a preferred choice due to STAB but Aqua Jet has its niches.
