    It's laughable how banhappy they are right now.

    Deoxys-D is UU here and Deoxys-S is OU here, it's lower on some other servers. I don't understand why they continuously ban Pokemon that aren't even remotely broken.

    Because n00bs like to use "legendaries" and that might throw off the meta/usage. I don't know and don't really agree honestly.

    Honestly, Deo-N even is just barely out of OU's reach. Deo-S and Deo-D are both perfect UU material imo.
