The Worst Pokemon Competitively?

Well, this is a thread in which we talk about the worst Pokemon competitively and why. It must be a fully evolved / no evolutions Pokemon. (Sorry guys, leave the Eviolite outta this)

I feel as though Luvdisc is the worst fully evolved Pokemon competitively. Absolutely NO attacking stats, its only passable stat is its speed, and it's got one of the worst movepools in the game. At least Unown can maim some things with Choice Specs. It says a lot about a Pokemon when a Pokemon with only ONE move is better than it.

I believe that every Pokemon is useful. It all depends on which team they are put on. However, the same can be said when reversed. So this may be a cheap answer, but all Pokemon. Every Pokemon is the worst competitively if they don't have the right team support.
